What is AP Kaushalam?
AP Kaushalam is a government initiative designed to:
- Provide free skill development training
- Identify the skills of unemployed youth
- Offer work-from-home and private job opportunities
- Connect candidates to suitable jobs
- Help youth build career-ready skills
Originally started as a Work From Home Survey, it has now expanded into a complete employment-support program.

Who Can Apply for Kaushalam?
The scheme is open to everyone, including:
- 10th class pass
- Intermediate
- Diploma
- Degree
- Postgraduate
- ITI
- Even candidates without 10th class can register
Age Limit:
✔ Minimum: 16/18 years
✔ Maximum: 60 years

Each Secretariat conducts the exam for only two candidates at a time to ensure proper monitoring.
