Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
- Provide L1/L2 support for global users.
- Log incidents, update tickets, and ensure proper documentation.
- Deliver quick and accurate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, CA Service Desk.
- Perform Active Directory tasks: user creation, deletion, password reset, account unlock.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office & O365 apps – Outlook, Excel, Teams.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS (7/8/10/11), desktop issues, and application errors.
- Handle VPN, Citrix, and Exchange related queries.
- Support LAN, printers, desktops, laptops, scanners, and peripherals.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through tools like RDP/AnyDesk.
- Assist with antivirus updates, patch management, and basic SCCM tasks.
